- Shipping time: 2-4 business days (depending on location and chosen shipping method)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns, Exchanges, and Lost Packages
- Since our products are custom engraved and personalized, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- We only accept returns if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if there was an error on our part. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
