Return Policy

1. Damages and Issues

We take great care in crafting and inspecting every personalized product before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To request a replacement, email mypersonalspoon@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (damaged product, incorrect engraving, etc.)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are custom engraved and personalized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Please ensure that all details (text, design, etc.) are correct before placing an order.

3. Exchanges and Refunds

  • If your product is eligible for a return (due to damage or an engraving mistake), we will offer a replacement or a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • We do not accept exchanges for personalized products.
