Delivery options:
Standard Delivery – We will deliver all stocked items within all ower the world in 6-7 working days.
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 17:30pm. via Lithuania Posts (Lietuvos paštas)
The fee of shipping you can see in cart during the order approval.

How long we processed the order?
When you place your order we need to make a mock-up and creat the your individual item. It can take from 1 hour to 3 days. It depends on technological secomstenses and loading of the factory, but usually it will be done on next working day.
What do i need to bring when i collect my order?
When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or the text or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.
What happens if i don’t pick up my order?
If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible or phone the post office and let them know.
Please be advised that we will hold your order but only in that case you have made a payment!
We aim to deliver as specified in the table above, however:
- Delivery made by airmail can take up to 30 days.
- Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries.
- Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
